I dont really get what your trying to do.

ActiveX is client side. ASP is server side.
They dont have much to do with one another.

Your using the wrong technology and asking these questions in the wrong place.

U might want to try a site like www.rentacoder.com.
You can get coding jobs done cheap by people that can do what you need quickly. The questions and things you are saying here are making little sense. You might want to get some good books on ASP and learn the basics about what it is and what it can do.
