I have to say that I have just visited the URL specified in your first post and the menyframe spelling is still there....  Maybe its not the latest version?

Anyway, the only time I have seen this effect (a targeted frame opening in a new window) is a mispelt frame name, with my typing skills, I have been prone to it myself  on occaison

It seems fine now - so what was wrong? I still don't know. I shouldn't care really - it works.

(And no, the page opening is notmy doing..;-)
