Hi

I have moved some of my WEB sites from a Windows 2000 box to a Windows 2003 box with IIS 6.0

My Access database files are now showing an additional .ldb file in the folder.

Can any body help/advise.

those ldb files are normal... they are temp files that come and go as the database is accessed...

if they never go then your directory/folder permissions errors and it can eventually cause issues for you

if your suspect that watch the file size of the ldb file... then check it days later.. if it is the same size its permissions related

I have changed the permissions to allow "Modify" and all is working fine.
