Anybody know the best way to prevent the same information from being inserted into a db table from a form. If someone refreshes a page once they've added a record it adds another duplicate record... that's what I'm trying to prevent.

Another way to do it will be setting thie variable as primary key on your table and treat the db error by displaying some advertisement to the user...
