Aha, The solution is very simple
one of the following should work: 1. Login to the administrator not a user name with the admin permission, no but login with The Administrator User name
2. if this didnt help, then right-click on the folder wwwroot or test and click on properties, then goto security tab, then put the allow for every thing for every user, i would like to show you the steps with pictures, but i am in middle of final exams, and dont have the time to do it,
so this is the idea, try doing it
by the way, i had the same problem and many other problems with ASP in Windows XP, thats why i never program ASP in XP i always use 2000
so if you have the chance to goto 2000 i would recommend that, cause XP has many security stuff that will prevent you from using many features
